Next Steps for New Families
- Pay the nonrefundable $60 application fee by clicking here to make a one-time payment on our online payment portal; credit card processing fees apply. Your application will not be processed until payment is received.
- If your child is applying for grades 3-5, download this form and print it for them to fill out by hand. It can be mailed back to Admissions Committee, Seneca Academy, 15601 Germantown Road, Darnestown MD 20874, faxed to (301) 869-3348, or scanned and emailed to our Director of Admissions, Priscella Celentano, at pcelentano@senecaacademy.org.
- Download the transcript release; complete and submit it to your child’s current school.
- Download the teacher recommendation; submit it to your child’s current classroom teacher. The teacher should return it directly by mail to Admissions Committee, Seneca Academy, 15601 Germantown Road, Darnestown MD 20874, fax to (301) 869-3348, or email to our Director of Admissions, Priscella Celentano at pcelentano@senecaacademy.org.
- The Director of Admissions will contact you to schedule school visits, as well as a parent meeting with the Head of School during or after the second visit.
- Completed applications, including the transcript and teacher recommendation, will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee and the Committee will notify you in writing.
